CREDIT POLICY
- Open credit status can be requested on your account with a signed and completed dealer application. The credit approval process may take up to 15 working days or longer depending on the response time of References. Orders can be shipped prior to credit approval if paid for by credit card, C.O.D. cash, or prepaid. Acceptance of any order is subject to final approval by our Credit Department.

BILLING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms to be determined at Raven’s sole discretion based on customer qualifications
- Net 30 days is common for most financially stable accounts
- Prepaid
- C.O.D. (Refusal of COD shipments are subject to a $25 fee including all freight charges on shipment)
- Visa / MasterCard / American Express
- Returned checks will receive a $15 fee

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are effective from the date of the invoice. DISCOUNTS DO NOT APPLY TO INVOICE PAYMENTS POSTMARKED AFTER THE INVOICE DUE DATE OR IF THERE ARE OTHER INVOICES ON THE ACCOUNT THAT ARE PAST DUE. RAVEN HAS THE RIGHT TO APPLY PAYMENTS TO THE OLDEST OUTSTANDING INVOICES FIRST, REGARDLESS OF WHAT MAY BE NOTED ON THE PAYMENT.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
Accounts that have past due invoices will be assessed a service charge of 2.5% per month. This service charge will be levied each month until all overdue balances are paid. Product will not be shipped to accounts with a past due balance. Dealer agrees to pay full amount of cost and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by Raven in the collection of overdue amounts by litigation or otherwise. Buyer agrees to pay the full amount of returned check fees.
- Payments postmarked after the due date will not receive freight allowances or other terms discounts.
- Past due accounts forfeit all terms and discounts, including Pre-Season and FFA incentives.
- Raven reserves the right to hold all shipments and/or reallocate all inventory reserved for overdue accounts.

AUTHORITIES OF PARTIES
No sales representative or employee of Raven shall have the power to waive any of the terms or provisions hereof, or to incur additional obligations, or to make additional representations or warranties on behalf of Raven unless same are evidenced by an agreement, in writing, signed by a duly authorized officer of Raven.

Privacy Policy

General Scope

• Raven Technical System (Raven) collects information in two ways. By a voluntary signing up of the newsletter and online purchases. Raven does not sell or release this information to anyone or any company, but uses it strictly for internal purposes and communication with the individual.
  
• Raven uses search engine optimizing software to help gain and understanding of the type of clients visiting our our and the demographics of such individuals. This information simply allows us to do a better job at serving our customers and is gained by server logs from the visitors browser.
  
• The data collected is used for customizing the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal usage.
  
• Raven does its utmost to maintain and 18 year old and over client base. Due to the nature of Internet purchasing, this is impossible to be 100% accurate on this endeavor, but we try. Any knowledge of a purchase by an under age visitor is cancelled or turned down.
  
• Raven does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies.
  
• Raven does involve itself with any deep links or provide links to other websites not owned by Raven.
  
• Raven does provide industry information by means of newsletters. Raven does use customer emails and those who sign up through the website. We provide an opt-out notice on every newsletter emailed an those wishing to opt-out are automatically deleted from the system.
  
• The only personal information Raven keeps is that which pertains to the actual business transactions at hand.
  
• Raven reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time. When done so, the date of such alteration will be reflected by the Effective Date:
