Warranty Raven guarantees that the materials and workmanship in every product we make will stand up to the use for which it was designed. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. All defective or damaged products should be returned to us for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced accordingly. Damages due to accident or improper care will be repaired at a reasonable rate. Products sent for repair must be cleaned prior to sending.Refunds & Returns All product returns meeting the above criteria will receive a full refund or product exchange of equal or greater value.For warranty questions on any of the Raven packs email us here. Raven covers the return shipping charges (UPS GROUND ONLY) for all items covered by warranty. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges on any parts or items not covered under warranty. We require that all items being sent for repair must be clean. Items deemed insufficiently clean will be returned to the customer unrepaired. |
